What is SMAART SSEAT

DURING YOUR 1 HOUR SESSION, WE WILL SURVEY MOVEMENTS OF ATHLETIC ABILITY RESTRUCTURING TECHNICAL ERRORS AS NEEDED TO ENHANCE PERFORMANCE. ATHLETES WILL SEE IMPROVED STRENGTH, SPEED, ENDURANCE, AGILITY, AND TECHNIQUTECHNIQUE.

*Education of proper form, technique and movements

*Flexibility training/Dynamic Stretching


Balance / Neuromuscular (Balance) Training

*Incorporating core stabilization exercises  

*Increasing single leg strength a key factor in improving

explosiveness  


Body weight strength / Core Training

*Ability to pull, push, support one’s body weight

*Activation of the core muscles to increase overall core

strength

*Education of proper form while performing basic strength

exercises


Speed / Agility Training

*Increasing explosiveness through multi‐directional

movements and sport specific start work

*Ground Base Run Mechanics and Plyometrics training

*Resisted runs using parachutes and resistance band
